As the largest university hospital in Europe, Charité Berlin faced a major challenge: in the competition for specialist and nursing staff, it needed to reposition its employer brand and significantly increase its visibility in the digital space.

Together with +Pluswerk, Charité developed an independent career platform at karriere.charite.de - separate from the main website, technically independent and with completely new content. The focus was clearly on visibility, user-friendliness and modern search engine optimization (SEO).

The result was not just a career site, but a genuine digital recruiting ecosystem:
